Regarding download speed on Flyfiles, I think some users may have been restricted, especially if you use download accelerator. Some sites will log your IP address, particularly if you attempt have multiple simultaneous connections, which is effectively what accelerators do. Speed on flyfiles is variable for me, sometimes about 20kbps but sometimes high as 80kbps.
Although on flyfiles it does state that you can use accelerators, the other way to increase speed is to buy a 30day premium account. I have not tried this though.
